My Name is Eli Coffey

I am a strength and conditioning coach and weight cut specialist. I offering personalized coaching to clients looking to become the best version of themselves. Whether you want to simply become healthier, or compete on the highest levels of your sport, I will build you a nutrition and workout plan to help you attain your goals and unlock your full potential.

Here’s What it Will Look Like to Work with Me

I will look over your goals and personal information: recent bloodwork, medications (prescription and otc), allergies, injuries, food preferences, hormone/PEDs, and other basic info. After considering your information I will build you a nutrition plan including meal layout in exact portions with macros. I will layout all cardio with type, duration, and target heart rate. I will build you a strength program in detail built around your ability and equipment. I also will layout any and all use of supplementation. For this to work optimally, weekly check ins are required to keep me updated on progress giving detailed feedback. I will then adjust as needed to continue progressing.

I have over 12 years of coaching experience; coaching athletes on the highest levels of jiujitsu including ADCC trials veterans and IBJJF world champions; national and world level athletes in bodybuilding, MMA, powerlifting, and wrestling. I also have many clients who just simply want to lose weight and feel better, and those clients get the same experience. Working with me, you will get a plan tailored to YOU and your goals.
